Logo Design Brief

Hi Guys, Bit of background.....We are a Brisbane based RTO Consultancy agency. Hawkeye Consultancy offers a broad range of RTO support solutions and services. Our RTO Consultants provide guidance, coaching and support to existing RTOs and those businesses wishing to enter the VET sector. From Audit preparation to Government funding tenders, our RTO consultants are here to help take the stress away. Trusted, accomplished and results-orientated independent consultants who are passionate about VET, we are committed to offering only the highest quality services. What we need.......We have a new logo concept that we got another graphic designer to create, however, were not in love with it. (attached the logo with the birds and book icons). We do love the colouring and the concept of the eye but just feel its missing something. Maybe doesn’t look too professional. We did love our original logo, but the feedback received was that it was too busy and not professional enough. Can anyone please help with a redesign of our logo! We also would require new business card design and email signature bars. Open to any idea's but would like to keep the colourings of the new logo concept(attached for your reference) as we lik ethe refreshing approah of these colours.
