T-shirt Design Brief

I would like to do a word cloud for each decade in the shape of the numbers that represent the decade, i.e. 80.

I want the font design of the number to be a neon light outline similar to this example:

The words inside the decade numbers should be the same color as the decade numbers but the font should be a solid fill. You can use different font styles to differentiate between different phrases.

I've included words for each decade below. You do not have to use all the words but I wanted to provide options.
