[DE] We represent the students of landscape planning and landscape architecture at the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences in Vienna. Our tasks are to assert the interests of students, to promote campus life and networking of students, and to represent the study program towards the non-academic world. It ideally represents the extensive technical cross-section of our highly interdisciplinary study, which consists of technical, social and ecological components. We use engineering methods to plan open spaces in rural and urban areas; Gardens, parks and neighborhoods are trained in nature conservation planning, deepened in regional development, water management or vegetation technology and clarify socio-economic issues in participatory processes. Even if we as landscape architects have extensive graphic skills, we would like to have a logo of people who bring along a "view from outside" in the hope that they will be able to communicate the course of studies with ENERGY. The name of the program is "Landscape Planning and Landscape Architecture" or "Landscape Planning & Architecture". The abbreviations are "LAP & LARCH" and "LAP_LARCH" (the latter preferred). The logo should be designed so that we can use it with both the long text and the abbreviation. We are the self-organized student representatives of the study field Landscape and Landscape Architecture at the University of Life Sciences in Vienna, Austria. Our job is to lobby for the interests of our fellow students, enrich the campus life, promote the social networks among students and represent our field of study to the non-academic world.
