Signage Design Brief

We are looking for sign design ideas for the front of our building and a lawn sign for our cosmetic injection salon.
I have uploaded the front of our building for a mock up and size, lawn posts with size and a sign that uses the same dimensions.
We would like both signs to be black for the background.

Should not have

• Nothing can light up (no LED)
• Both signs do not need the full address. Just 271 Mary and the phone number
