Logo Design Brief

I am looking to create a logo for a trading name arm of my business. You will see my business logo at www.skillsgeneration.com.au . Essentially we are a private training college and cover a number of qualifications. I want to create a logo that is specific to the fitness section of our business that defines it separately and articulates our strength and expertise in fitness qualifications. This will be seen as a separate 'College' to our other offerings which will have their own branding also. I would like a logo i can use both in websites and facebook and instagram pages and in both jpeg and png formats.
