Providing debt (loans/bonds) and equity investment into UK businesses that beneficially impact society in some way. This may be an eco and sustainable housebuilder providing energy efficient, zero carbon houses, or modern manufacturing off site buildings, ensuring energy efficiency, and less waste and pollution. Or maybe another type of product which benefits society in some way. We have a unique equity bond; which combines debt and equity investment into a single product for the investor. We are heavily property focused on lending and investment into Eco and sustainable buildings and methods .
Target Market(s)
On one side its Business owners seeking investment, property developers needing funding. More importantly, we need to attract investors on to the platform - people who want to lend money or invest into UK companies.
