Web Design Brief

Hi,
I am building a web based business within the wedding industry and I am looking for someone to design the front page of the website for me as well as the following pages/categroires which all need to be supportive of the front page
The screens will be:
Home
One Stop Reistry
Wedding Deals
Travel/Getaway
Wedding marketplace
Blog
Contact US

A more detailed view of the above is as follows:

1. Home page - be bright and capture an audience

2. Aggregate gift registries ie from key online retailers so people visiting my site can set up a bridal registry from numerous stores all in the one place ie: http://www.davidjones.com.au/, http://www.myer.com.au/, http://www.jbhifi.com.au/ http://www.harveynorman.com.au/ Something similar to http://www.weddinggiftsdirect.com.au

3. Aggregate the deal sites to pull all the deals relating to weddings ie: hair and make up, travel, car hire, venue hire, waxing, laser, facials, beauty treatments. Similar to http://www.allthedeals.com.au/daily-deals or http://www.idodeals.com.au/

3. We will have a tab for travel and accommodation which we want to pull the info from Expedia which I believe you can become a member and do so quite easily http://www.expedia.com.au/daily/service/affiliate-program.aspx

4. We want to build like our own ebay/marketplace within the site where people can list things like their wedding dress, gifts they don’t want or need etc similar to http://www.recycledbride.com/

5. A blog tab where we can have blogs/gossip section and build a forum for people to discuss wedding related issues similar to http://www.weddingwire.com/wedding-forums or http://bridetobe.com.au/Forums or gossip like http://www.thehollywoodgossip.com/categories/celebrity-weddings/ The look of this section could be designed to look a bit like a gossip magazine

People need to be able to log in and out of the site and it needs to be able to be connected with facebook and linkedin as well as allowing people to subscribe to a mailing list and unsubscribe if required.

I have done a quick mock-up on powerpoint with what needs to be included but needs a lot of changing. Can be any pictures and what I have attached is not an ide ajust essentials to be on the page.
