Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my tax consulting firm. My services are: payroll and financial accounting, annual accounts (profit and loss accounts and income-surplus accounts), tax returns (also for private individuals), business consultancy, business start-up and corporate succession consultancy, inheritance. I would like to have a design with the color blue. Happy modern, but still serious.
