Logo Design Brief

We need a new Logo-design for our company based in Germany: 'FulMac'. Our company invests in real estate (flats and houses) and rents them to people looking for a home. We concentrate on smaller, down to earth, cities and rent to small, simple and normal citizens. We do not want our logo to look like a huge company which rents skyscrapers etc. The logo should be simple, sleek and modern.
