Logo Design Brief

I would like a logo for a handmade noodle restaurant. The logo should show visibly the specialty of the restaurant, that is making handmade noodles, in a simple and smart manner. Some of the specifications that I have:

1)to utilise the letters of the logo to create noodle shapes, for example, the L in the word Noodle can be stretched out to look like a noodle, and possibly joined by another stretched out letter to give more of a noodle effect( obviously only if the spacing of the design allows for it).

2) to have the aforementioned letters to be stretched by a hand shape hovering over the letters, to give the hand making effect.

3) preferably to have the background colour white, letters and shapes in black.

4) design to allow texts to be added below the given text(Tarim Uyghur Handmade Noodles)

5) Text arrangement:
‘Tarim Uyghur’ on one line
‘Handmade Noodles’ on a bottom line
