We need a logo design for a construction services company that repairs houses for sellers during escrow. When a property is inspected by a home inspector during a sale, the inspector will provide a report of needed repairs on the property prior to the buyer buying it. Our company works with buyers, sellers, home inspectors, and real estate agents to swiftly coordinate and make these repairs prior to the closing date of the home which is typically inside of a 2-3 week window. This takes a tremendous pressure off the seller who needs to make the repairs and coordinate with multiple contractors by just sending them to us to have it all done by a licensed contracting company. BINSR is a form in the real estate contract that stands for Buyer Inspection Seller Response that essentially is a repair request made by buyer for the seller to complete. Speed, efficiency, and convenience are focus of the company to take the burden of estimating and coordinating repairs so the agent and homeowner can focus on other aspects of the deal.
