Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a photography business that will be based in Eugene, Oregon. The photography focus is on weddings, engagements, and portrait sessions. I would like to see a minimalist approach, but don't feel limited to only that. Please avoid using any camera elements in the logo - this is very tacky and overused by many people in the industry.

(I've included a few logo ideas that I enjoy - text on top of text, a shape around it, texture in the graphic, etc. Not sure if they help much, sorry!)
