Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new Mediterranean Fast Food Restaurant located in Albany/NY at food court in the Mall. Called Greka Grill. We serve Mediterranean Food concentrated on Greek cuisine (menu attached) The concept is to build your own bowl, something like Chipotle, but Greek Cuisine. We do not want to be perceived as a Salad Bar or vegetarian cafe. An alternative idea might be "from farm to your plate". Ideally we would like to sound like " you get full plate and you feel good" Colors can be: black, white and wood. (different ideas are also welcomed)Emphasize on Greka, not on the Grill. The logo should be simple and the font should be clearly readable.
