Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a new venture that will be offering psychological self-help techniques, running from emotional intelligence to meditation and mindfulness. This will involve one-on-one coaching, in person or via Skypes, help videos for Youtube, and workshops. I would consider black and white designs. In terms of colours I tend to prefer quite saturated colours - particularly blues and purples, but I'll trust to your judgement. It's important that the design looks modern and professional, and isn't too woo-woo. I'm presenting ideas that are practical and easily grasped, not new age and fluffy.Recursion is an important concept in some of my work, so I was considering having an exclamation point within the dot of another exclamation point, but I don't know if this can be made to work...
