I need a one-pager designed that looks friendly, informative, and natural, but that can be used as a PDF download for a website. the current website is not launched yet but the link is www.skysalonlincoln.net for reference.

This piece will be the piece we send to clients once they log into our website and subscribe so it is a very important piece.
