Logo Design Brief

Create a business logo for a new brand that will market fishing apparel and tackle. Our target customer is the competitive, tournament bass fisherman.

The logo should represent the sport, culture, and lifestyle of bass fishing but DOES NOT have to have a fish in the icon/logo.

Color preferences
Keep the color scheme basic and adaptable. Monotone, Black, white, and maybe one identifiable color as an accent - ie Orange, Neon Orange, bright red - no purple

Requirements

Must have

• - An icon in some type of shape that can be adapted to tags, hat badges, and hang tags.
• - Clean, modern, style- minimalist is a plus
• - Sans Serif Fonts
• - Easily identifiable logo with primary emphasis on an icon that can be used in/on general branding, labels, marketing, social media and promotions, apparel and merchandise.
• - The accompanying "Victory Tackleworks" lettering is to be easily read in print at multiple sizing. Tackleworks can be "Tackleworks" or "Tackle Works"
• - If initials used, it can be "VT" or "VTW"

Nice to have

• - Focus on a standalone “V” logo, with accompanying text that can be added or removed\
• - Any fish silhouettes must be largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides). Fish silhouette not required.
• - Fish hooks ok

Should not have

• - No traditional victory symbols - no trophies, checkered flags, olive wreaths, "V" fingers/hands, etc
• - no rods or reels
