Book Cover Design Brief
The project is a book cover for a health/recipe book for both Kindle and a future soft cover. Title is Cool the Fire: Curb Inflammation and Balance Hormones with a subtitle 28 Days to Renewed Vitality. I am a registed dietitian nutritionist specializing in midlife and senior women to help them look and feel 10 years younger by balancing hormones and curbing inflammationI like the idea of fresh colorful whole foods on the cover with a natural clean look. But I am also open to a cover which expresses vitality--perhaps a woman or couple whose "being" expresses energy and vitality.Since I am unsure right at this moment the exact # of pages for the book, I will need to have some wiggle room in the final stages to get the spine dimensions.I am happy to send a table of contents if that would help.I need to decide on a cover in the next 2 weeks. Below are some ideas on style that I like with reservations. Background on 1 is too dark, 2 is too pastel and 3 is good but doesn't move me as much and my followers liked it the least
