Book Cover Design Brief

I'm launching a book called Meet Your Hero: how to accelerate your growth through reaching out, getting a response from, and leaving an impression on the people you admire most. It would be cool to have maybe a band of heroes or a single hero or something on the cover, then I'll need the spine designed, as well as the back cover which would be mostly just quotes about the book from other prominent people.
