Logo should combine the three below:
1) marine industry (commercial vessels)
2) technology (software, IT)
3) Globe (business being global).

The logo should be
1) Modern
2) Formal (not childish - to represent a decent company) but cool
3) Either Simple, clean, unique OR sophisticated and detailed

Use the following two colors - blue and orange, but you can add more colors but use these two at least:
