Flyer Design Brief

I need a flyer design for a monthly subscription golf lesson package. What's different about this package is that it includes live lessons, online lessons used for check ins, and a monthly subscription to my video paysite. I have 3 different tiers with different options in each tier. I need an easy to read flyer that I can email to my email list.
