Dear owner of the contest. I tried to incorporate your requirements into my design. And you are punishing me.
Ratings of 1 and 2 stars are catastrophic to the designer's personal rating. Please adjust the stars.
If you do not like a design - you better eliminate it without putting stars.
Kindly adjust the rating and eliminate the design after that.
