We need a book cover design for a new book on nutritional neuroscience and aging. The book is written for the general public and answers questions such as, "We are living longer than ever. The problem is, will our brain stay healthy as we age? We certainly do not want to live longer with various diseases, in particular brain diseases. How does the brain change during aging? And what can we do to promote the health of our brain and prevent and treat neurological diseases that typically occur during the aging process?" Based on recent discoveries in the field of nutritional neuroscience, this book presents how we can use nutrition to help our brain stay healthy longer. While our brain shrinks and becomes functionally weaker during the aging process, nutrition is able to slow this process down. This book illustrates this point through chapters on stroke, Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, dementia, depression, anxiety, and schizophrenia.
