We need a logo design for a new company located in Washington, DC. That offers Human Resources outsourcing to companies in the areas and across the United States. The design should communicate that we are a mature established firm who are current and professionals. Perhaps a tagline could be "efficient human resources or smart human resources" I want to communicate the the value in our services. So some help with that is appreciated.
