my-driver offers a real and viable alternative to taxis and chauffer driven cars for both the corporate and residential markets.
We offer value for money and cheaper rates than a taxi service.
We offer a personable, reliable service and a safe journey for our customers.
We are respectful of our customers, our drivers and our environment.
We only use hybrid vehicles and are proud that we offer a “greener” alternative than our major competitors.
We are contemporary in look and feel and attitude.
BACKGROUND
Currently customer satisfaction with the taxi industry is at an all time low of 53%.
Customers are unhappy with service quality, driver quality and knowledge, service choice and flexibility, passenger safety and overpriced fares. There is no clear course of action for complaint resolution.
my-driver SOLUTIONS
my-driver is a pre-booked service with the fare agreed at the time of the booking.
my-drivers will offer personable, safe and quality service, similar to a chauffer service.
my-drivers will have time to familiarize themselves with the route prior to pick up.
my-driver guarantees a cheaper price than taxis and chauffer driven car services.
my-driver head office will be contactable and active in managing customer issues should they arise.

my-driver is 10% cheaper than a taxi, 35% cheaper than a chauffer and does not charge the 10% fee for credit cards.
my-driver offers a contemporary fleet of hybrid vehicles, turned over every 5 years. Our cars will produce up to 60% less CO2 emissions than our competitors.
my-drivers offer a personable, reliable service with a greeting text and 2 minute arrival call sent to the customer. Customers can choose to re-book their preferred driver.
my-driver offers in-car entertainment via ipads fitted to the headrests of the cars showing content and advertising.

Please note the following for your logo submissions:
* My-Driver is hyphenated and therefore hyphen must be present in the design.
* Two versions of the logo are required; 1) logo with landline phone number incorporated into the logo for use on car decal - landline no. has not been confirmed as yet so please use 9900 9900; 2) logo without phone number.
* Designers must include justifications for concept (in line with the brief ) with logo submissions.
* Designs will not be considered unless they adequately address the brand promise within the design brief.

A logo design to be used on the following:
- as a car decal on a white Toyota Prius (logo, name and telephone number and or web address)
- embroidered/printed on driver uniforms
- on business cards, stationary
- on web site
- in print media
- On an iPad
Please submit your submissions with the logo super-imposed on the front door of a white Toyota Prius.
The logo must be printable:
- In black and white
- 2 colour version & 4 colour version (For different applications)
- Reversible
- Ability to increase the font/logo size without pixilation problems, for example large banner advertisement.
Artwork files supplied in AI, JPEG and PNG formats

Our brand may be displayed on our car subject to the following conditions:
Brand Placement
- Rear Window either within the top 200mm or the lower 100mm of the available rear window glass. Signage is not permitted on both upper and lower sections.
- Front Door

Letter /number height must not exceed 50mm
Approved Content
Company name; company logo/trademark; website address; or landline telephone number
Conditions
We must ensure that:
Rear window signage does not interfere with the driver’s view through the rear vision mirror; signage is completely clear of, and does not impede the line of vision of the vehicle’s brake light operation from the rear; any signage does not imply that the car is licensed to be hired off-the-street or by direct booking with the driver; and no other signs, stickers, labels or markings, other than those required or permitted by legislation, regulation or licence conditions, are displayed internally or externally on the licensed vehicle without the approval of the Victorian Taxi Directorate..
