Graphic Design Brief

We need a proposal Cover Sheet & Page Template for residential architectural projects. For the Cover Sheet, we want a variety of images blends and set as a background image for the title of the proposal for prospective clients. We need it in a format that we can type over the top of the image (maybe whited-out in the middle) so we can use it for all our proposals. Our logo should be clear and sharp in a corner (but we will leave that up to the designer. Not all images need to be used. For the Page Template we want a consistent look on the page with our logo, company address & contact information and a design element that ties the entire proposal together. Our proposals consist of a Cover page, Project information sheet, a picture of the property, the proposal for services (3-5 pages), Expect fees page and a timeline page.
