Web Design Brief

I am an independent sales rep for selling cars to the U.S Military Oversea's. I contract into a mother company ENCS and sell cars on their behalf in Vicenza Italy.

I'd like to be able to drive relevant traffic through means of internet marketing directly to me instead of the competition so SEO will be important, Site will be SEO Optimized.

I'd like the ability to post new promotions in the "Banner" Section of the website. A link to social media sites, a contact us page, request a quote and also the cars themselves such as pictures and details with every page/car having a request a quote or apply for financing button.

I'd also like a live chat function

As an example the main company website is www.encs.com - it does not need to be as in depth as this, although i'd like it on a par for content with the Aviano New Car Sales but more modern and user friendly, the link for this is below.
