Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a newly set up international education services consulting firm "Pride International" based in Australia. We primarily offer education and career advisory services, international education placements ("study abroad") and related services. We also offer migration and visa assistance services.

We would like the logo to reflect "dynamism" "Universal" and "Diversity" We prefer colour, but more blue combinations. The crude logo we now have seems too complex and too much colour. We prefer a simple & abstract with curves.
The file uploaded here contains some early crude ides, so do not rely on them; just come up with fresh ideas.
