Sylvain was a police officer who passed away by suicide. We are starting his foundation to raise awareness about mental health. We would like to incorporate a tree with roots since his nickname was roots and feel the a tree would symbolize his legacy is continuing by helping others. We have been using the tagline: Don't forget your Roots. I've included a picture of Sylvain so you can put a name to a face.
