Word Template Design Brief

We require a new Word Template for our business. We are looking for a modern, business-like format. We typically generate reports such as management plans, business plans, method statements, technical reports. These reports cover generally between 5 and 30 pages, but sometimes up to 500 pages including the appendices.

Lab reports have their own formats and are not parts of this scope.

Requirements

Must have

• The report needs a fancy cover page with a title field, subtitle, project field, client name field, reference number field. Photo/graphics as background on cover. Second page needs a revision table for document control. Table of contents up to 2 levels. Appendices to be part of TOC. Report first page with custom headings for body text, titles, subtitles, headings 1, 2, 3, etc. Include a table with caption, figure with caption, bullet list, numbered list. Appendix page. Please use fonts consistently, choose a common, but professional, modern font.
