Logo Design Brief

I support people in their growth - like a trellis supports a vine. Sometimes there’s a stigma around going for counselling and I like to promote the concepts of growth and improvement over “you’re messed up and need help”! I need a logo that I can use on signage and my website that reflects that. In the attachment you can see what I’ve been working on my own...but hey I’m no graphic designer and if I was happy with them I wouldn’t be here! I do like my font choices. Can you improve on my amateur design?
