Logo Design Brief

District Leasing, Inc is a retail leasing firm that rents stores in NYC. They are different because each agent is deeply involved, ultra knowledgeable, and profoundly committed to serve a single Community Board "District" in NYC. It's competitive advantage stems from using global talent, the best in 21st Century technology, and total dedication to serving one community. I am launching in Community Board 4 Manhattan - The neighborhoods of Hudson Yards, Hell's Kitchen and Chelsea and if I can't reach #1 in that single area in 2020, my company folds. <br/>The design should convey a sense of the architecture and color palette in the photo that I have provided. Ultra Modern NYC. The blues should be complementary to the pitch book cover.

Must have

• A sense of strength, architecture, the excitement of the start of an amazing night out on the town - use the photo of the vessel in hudson yards at nightfall as the inspiration - must at least complement the blue of the binding cover

Nice to have

• A sense of service, commitment, solidity

Should not have

• Wall street corporate suit & tie - No handshakes - No triangle rooftops... there are no residential houses in Manhattan - No actual tracings of the Vessel (the structure in the photo) - inspiration only... in NYC it's become like the Eiffel Tower is to Paris... just too cliche
