Logo Design Brief
We need a new logo to represent our new company.
Background:
The Artisan Florist is a small family run business based in Sydney Australia. We are specialists in flowers arrangements for weddings, funeral, corporate and private events.
Our business is based on building a personal connection to each event. We focus on providing a personalised service in producing unique and custom made arrangements which in step with the occasion and event setting.
The Artisan florist will serve as a springboard for launching our Boutique Jewellery design and manufacture and event planning services under the same branding. So the colour scheme, logo and branding may be adapted to the new services. Despite this, the key product is floristry so designers should focus attention on this area.
Styling:
The styling of our products is sophisticated, elegant and classic. We like to take advantage of the seasonal availability of flowers and we are inspired by the native flowers of Australia. We pride ourselves on using freshly sourced produce and creating unique arrangements that are sensitive to each particular occasion and setting.
The Colour Scheme of the Logo shall be simply with two or three colours only. We discourage using too many bright colours together because we want something says Elegant, classy and well rounded.
Deliverables:
1 x Logo – To be used on business cards, website, Letter head, Stickers etc. The colour scheme of the logo will also be used in the website and other branding initiatives.

Thank you for all the great submissions.
Generally, we have enjoyed those designs that use fewer colors and a simple unique design rather than complex designs. The modern styles are really appealing.
Also, the arrangement of the lettering is proving troublesome. We would love to see some creativity in arranging the lettering so it doesn't get so long and over power the pictorial logo.
I hope our feedback has been helpful and we look forward to seeing more designs.

We received some great input.
We selected the winning design because we loved the graphic motif, and the black and white were the best color choice in the end.
