Logo Design Brief

Logo for a new business. the business is financial services, providing advice on mergers and acquisitions to businesses and private equity firms. we are based in midwestern US. Our name "Skellig" comes from the islands off the shores of Ireland. I will put some pictures of them below. Skellig means 'splinter of rock' or 'rock in the sea'. perhaps an outline of the island and the name 'Skellig capital advisors' would make a good logo. it needs to look professional for a financial perspective.

• I think the outline of the island or a look of the island would be a good part of a logo. the name skellig capital advisors below or beside it. I have included three pictures and there are more on the web.

Nice to have

• background: the island is just a mountain that jets out of the sea. it is one of the westernmost parts of Europe. the island looks green because of the flora that grows on the steep rock. the island was a monastery about 1000 years ago and the buildings they built are still standing. this was also where some of the two most recent star wars movies were filmed.
