Logo Design Brief
Need logo for website, business cards & investor presentations. New company that is sponsoring 100-year investments in commercial land (hence "Century"). We're dealing with COMMERCIAL land & properties (land for office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, etc.), not residential homes. This is more of an "old line" business as opposed to a funky, new-age tech company. Logo doesn't have to be downright boring, but must be business-like and professional, as we're dealing with multi-million dollar investments & investors.
Target Market(s)
Investment companies & banks. Think: Wall Street investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, etc. The audience is usually a company as opposed to a specific individual.

- Nothing that looks too "cute" or "artsy", or anything that suggests residential real estate (houses for sale, brokers, etc.).
