Logo Design Brief

I'm a Business Coach who works with individuals and teams who would like to find new approaches to the challenges they face at work. My aim is to help them grow personally and professionally and unleash their potential, refining and following their purpose.

I'm thinking of a flat design, a combination of some sort of graphic along my name / the name of the business. The graphic should be simplistic while reflecting some of the attributes that represent my philosophy:

Professional
Systemic
Eye level
Person centered
Growth
Potential
Purpose

The logo is intended to be used on the website, possibly also for business cards and stationary. Colors are flexible, I welcome suggestions for color palettes / color combinations. The logo should look great in white (colored background) as well as black/grey with 1 additional color max.

When I think of my future logo and the overall impression, it should be comparably noble and classy as e.g. in management consulting, finance, or luxury real estate.
