Logo Design Brief

Hi, I am creating a personal brand under my name. I am an entrepreneur and I will sell online courses for entrepreneurs. I will do something similar to what this guys are doing, so you can take inspiration from this sites for the my logo:

I need a logo using my name: Claudio Rossi and a symbol. The symbol can be related with my initials (CR) or something connected with the concept of "continuous learning" . I need the standard different format to be applied online, on paper, to be printed and so on.
The final design should communicate trust, optimism, action and the possibility to become rich if you apply the "continuous learning strategy"
