Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new mortgage company. We are a boutique lender in a small town offerings loans to families and investors buying homes. Our building is somewhat rustic with a modern twist. I want to use Black, Red, and Grey or Gold in the design. I would also like to have a red door as part of the design. The final project should express trust, integrity, and strength. <br/>I will need to be able to delete the Tx on certain printing projects.
