Logo Design Brief

Hi,
I am a psychiatrist about to start my own private practice in Australia.
I want a logo designed to reflect something holistic as the aim of our psychiatric practice is to ease people's stress and help them feel better in a holistic manner rather than just through medication.
I have attached a file as a tentative idea of what i am looking for.
As for the design language, i'd prefer something minimalistic yet modern and contemporary..
A logo that i subsequently aim to use on business cards, office stationery, promotional materials and website too.
Furthermore, the words "Mind Matters" or "MindCraft" are important as that is not only our motto but may eventually be the name of the clinic and i'd like to make that proprietary.

Target Market(s)

patients, other clinics and General Practitioners who are likely to refer people for specialist assessment.

Contact Information for Business Card

One side of the card has to have the logo with my name being optional. The other side is to have my details such as title, qualifications, address, phone, email, etc.
The look has to be clean with soothing colours, preferably on a white or light coloured background.
A dark background can be considered as long as the text and logo stand out.
I have attached a file copy of a reference logo.
