Graphic Design Brief

I've attached a file of the logo I'd like to have professionally designed. I'd like to keep the "sunburned" concept of the logo very similar to what I've attached, but invite you to alter colors and be creative with the design. I'd like the toast to look golden brown rather than red, as if it were toasted. Overall, I'm looking for professional quality.
