Logo Design Brief

I have just started the company DIVERSIuniTY. I deliver courses on diversity (gender, sexuality, race, nationality, age, religion etc.) aimed at researchgroups and researchers at universities internationally. The outset is from an LGBT outset, as I'm an openly gay man. I'm imagining a logo that's international and signals equality, diversity and inclusion in a professional way. Due to my own background a LGBT dimension would be great without it being all rainbows and unicorns. I'm Danish, so a sort of Scandinavian minimalism would probably be my tast - but I'm open to something else as the business is international<br/>As this is my first logo I need it in formats to use at website, social media, in printed materials and for business cards.
