Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a Tech Recruitment Agency. We look for the best tech people in the industry and offer them new jobs. We have an existing logo but we are going through a redesign. We want to match our logo whit the new design of the website. I have attatched the old logo als an example and the new design op of the website. The logo should contain the colors of the website or elements of it (see the purple gradient dots). We want a clean and modern design. I'd like to add purple gradients to the logo. See example
