Logo Design Brief

My brother and I are in need of a logo design for a business based in Missouri called 'Aquamen LLP'. We Will be expanding beyond Missouri. We specialize in in-ground pool rejuvenation. We work with tile, paint, plumbing, concrete and obviously water. We would like designs that use blue and communicate elegance and quality. We are open to possible taglines/slogans. So our logo text can be adjusted. I attached two images of a logos I really liked the design of and one that was a really bad rough draft, but i didn't think i liked it as it seemed overbearing. Please feel free to be creative.
