Logo Design Brief

I am the Marketing Manager at Brohn Homes. We are a home builder and community developer in the central Texas region. We are developing a community in Austin, TX and want to give the community an identity. I am looking for a logo for the community we are calling Cloverleaf. This community is in the hills of South Austin and behind the Onion Creek Golf Country Club. It is in an area that feels a little separated from the hustle and bustle of downtown Austin but, close enough to enjoy the nightlife. We are not going after a high end client but, more along the lines of first time home buyer or an empty nester that is downsizing. I would like a main logo for the community, along with specific font type, and logo that works for other needed instances (social, website bug, etc.). I've attached four screen shots of two competitor communities that we want to be sure to not look like.
