Logo Design Brief

I would like a logo design with a 3D 'U' in the center of a circle. On the inner side of the circle, I'd like 3 arrows circulating around the U, closer to the circle than the U itself. I'd like the inside of the U to have the print of a finger print. The U itself can be made up of the finger print but it needs to be clear that it's a U. Attached below are three images that formulated the concept. The first displaying the look of the surrounding circle. The second displaying how close i'd like the three circulating arrows to be to the boarder. The last, a sketch of the overall idea put together.
