T-shirt Design Brief

Hello all you creative magic-makers! We are an up-and-coming Maine-base cannabis company and need a t-shirt for the upcoming '420' holiday (well-known to cannabis consumers) when we will be launching 2 new stores. We would like something typographic that includes our logo, the phrase '420' and our location'Eliot, Maine' (we need to be able to edit the location bit for our various store locations). Would also like a shovel somewhere in the image, if at all possible (maybe the '4' in 420?) Attaching some files for inspiration (t-shirt and typographic designs we liked as well as a poster that we recently developed). Looking for something elegant (not stoner) but cool. Pot leaves are ok, but nothing that looks super icon-like or cartoonish. Beautiful and elegant - but not too feminine, something a guy would wear as well. THINK HIPPY CHIC OR MODERN BOHEMIAN.

T-shirt will be a dark grey or teal or green, so need design to pop against a dark background.
