Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our automotive accessories website found at shearcomfort.com. We are looking for a more modern upgrade from our current logo. Since our full company name and tagline is a bit long we also need an abbreviated emblem like version that just says SC or some kind of image logo. We are open to having some kind of image logo as well but we are not sure what exactly yet. Our main product is seat covers but we want to expand to car/truck/suv accessories so I don't think the logo should represent only seat covers but anything car related. The image logo could just be SC in a cool font as well.
We do not want anything resembling our current logo. Our main products are to protect your car/truck/suv so anything that resembles toughness, protection, or durability could be good. Our main colors will be red, gray, black, and white. Attached are some example that we liked.
