Logo Design Brief
Townhome-style apartments in SF East Bay area needs to completely modernize our marketing strategy. The existing logo is sprinkled around the property but looks stale and old-fashioned. I'd like a fresh, modern take on the logo using all or part of the palm logo as you see fit. New website template uses fonts: Roboto and Fairplay Display. I've added screenshots of new website as reference. Note the old logo in top left.
