Graphic Design Brief

(H)All In One is an international trade show, based in Principality of Monaco. It's All about the Luxury and the Hotel Industry.


(H)All In One includes 4 different areas of exhibition :

- Hotel (20 or more luxury hotels looking for high level customers from Private Conciergerie, to Family Office or final customers)
- Wine Tourism ( 20 destination from Nappa Valley to Bordeaux) looking for Luxury travel agency, final customers etc
- Franchise (mix between franchise and management : as an exemple, imagine you are an hotel director and looking for a nice restaurant brand ( let's say Nobu) in your hotel. Around 10 brands will be presented. Looking for investors.
- Suppliers (equipment, design, luxury tableware, furniture + Food Tech and Wine Tech, luxury beverage brands)


The artwork must be relevant for visitors and exhibitors. And totally dedicated to the LUXURY HOTEL INDUSTRY.



We already have a logo which is very minimal and express pretty well luxury and the name of our event with the H's design, gold color, black, white.



We would like a very modern, elegant, luxury, artistic design that make clear that our event is about HOTEL (this is our main targets, as for exhibitors than visitors)


The background : it depends the logo you choose (black or white) even if both has a gold touch. If you use the white logo, I guess the background must be some kind dark blue/black base or color gradient, if you choose the black logo , the background must be very clear, almost white (or color gradient, from white to gold ?)


Maybe it will be relevant to have both...but the best will be I think clear background.
The background : i'm not sure a proper picture (a city, sea view, hotel view) will work, an abstract background could be a good idea but something on it has to be related to our target (hotel). Not a design totally obvious, but thoughtful.
The use of this artwork : multiple
It will be the cover of our commercial presentation, an add page, and we need to use some of its elements (graphic charter)


As an exemple the background (and all the elements) will be used to create cover picture for social network ( we know how to used Acrobat suite), but we need the base.


We need our logo, the date = 17&18 November 2020, some words (as an exemple the one on our logo), the place (Grimaldi Forum)



We need a final format that we can use easily but it doesn't mean it can't be complex. We need to be able to use it to make some declination ( others size, other uses) so we really the source files at the end.

Requirements

Must have

• The idea is to have something subtle but clear about the fact that it's a trade show dedicated to hotel and luxury...and make connexion with the design logo we already have.

Nice to have

• graphic design, very chic, minimal but luxury.
  some example with booth white and dark background.
  even if I think a clear background is more relevant for our kind of industry.

Should not have

• a picture as a background...the background must be designed and create a connexion with our logo and, even if it should be subtle, we need to understand it's about luxury hotel's industry.
