Logo Design Brief

I am an endocrine and general surgeon (which means I do lots of different operations but I sub-specialise in thyroid gland, parathyroid gland and adrenal glands). I am working in public practice and need business cards and a logo to start my private practice. The card/logo needs to be serious but modern and youthful.
The business card should have space for my name (Mr Russel Krawitz MBChB, FRACS), email, phone number, fax number, website details and include the logo (I will give all these private details to the winning design).
I would also like to use the logo for letterhead/website later so it needs to able to be translated.
