Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new restaurant just outside of Boston. Called Jinny's. Our menu will focus predominately pizzas, salads, and a few other things coming out of the wood-fired oven. We are a small-hip restaurant that will also be offering take out. Looking for something to put on a blade sign, business cards and all other branding items. We are open to all varieties of describing our product (woodfired pizzeria, pizzeria, pies, woodoven, pizza, etc) what ever looks best. We seem to be steering the interior decor towards retro looks and like rich colored greens.
